Checking for Pregnancy in Heifers

On this episode Erika, Cyle and family are bringing in the heifers to be preg-checked, to see if the heifers are pregnant with a calf. A veterinarian scans over the uterus with an ultrasound to see if each cow has a calf in utero. The vet can take measurements and date the gestation so that ranchers will know the approximate date the cows will calve.
